 Nuovo progetto NuotoInsieme per le scuole anno 2010/2011: martedì 4/05 ore 10.30 la presentazione
Educare i giovani all’acqua attraverso l’acqua: è questo l’obiettivo principale di NuotoInsieme, il nuovo progetto creato da Piscine di Vicenza Spa in collaborazione con le associazioni sportive G.S. Swimming Vicenza e Centro Nuoto Valdagno e rivolto a tutti gli studenti delle scuole di Vicenza e provincia, che partirà a settembre 2010 presso gli impianti coperti di Vicenza in via Ferrarin e Valdagno in via L.A. Manzoni.
NuotoInsieme si rivolge ai giovani in età scolare – dalle scuole dell’Infanzia fino alle scuole Secondarie Superiori – e ai loro insegnanti per promuovere la cultura dell’attività sportiva in acqua e, nel caso degli studenti delle scuole superiori, anche in palestra. L’obiettivo è quello di far conoscere ai giovani in età scolare le basi principali del nuoto, diffondere la sicurezza in acqua, far scoprire loro le diverse attività che si possono svolgere oltre al nuoto quali pallanuoto, nuoto sincronizzato, tuffi: in poche parole, sviluppare il piacere del movimento in acqua, in un età in cui lo sviluppo degli schemi motori e l’educazione fisica e corporea diventano essenziali per la crescita armonica dell’individuo.
La forza del progetto NuotoInsieme sta nel fatto che i partecipanti sono ragazzi che svolgono le attività proposte in gruppo e che già si conoscono tra di loro: il progetto infatti vuole coinvolgere le classi di alunni, portandole in piscina – a Vicenza o a Valdagno – in orari scolastici accompagnate dai loro insegnanti.
Qui potranno trovare una specifica gamma di attività pensate appositamente per loro: la scuola nuoto per i bambini delle Scuole dell’Infanzia, divisa per gruppi a seconda delle capacità e dell’età dei bambini, per guidarli in un percorso didattico natatorio in modo graduale e nel rispetto dei loro tempi di apprendimento; la scuola Multiacquatica per gli studenti delle scuole Primarie e Secondarie Inferiori, per far scoprire gli elementi di base del nuoto ma anche delle altre discipline acquatiche quali pallanuoto, nuoto sincronizzato e tuffi; o l’Educazione motoria, una serie di incontri svolti direttamente presso la palestra delle scuole da insegnanti ISEF volti a perfezionare gli schemi motori di base. I gruppi di alunni delle Scuole Secondarie Superiori, invece, possono scegliere tra una più vasta gamma di attività, non solo in piscina ma anche in palestra, tra le quali corsi di nuoto, corsi di acquafitness e corsi di fitness in palestra, preziose per il benessere psico-fisico del ragazzo adolescente, per scaricare le tensioni e favorire la correzione delle posture.
Utile per la salute, la sicurezza in acqua e la crescita sana del corpo del bambino e del ragazzo, NuotoInsieme vuole anche essere un prezioso alleato per la socializzazione e lo sviluppo del senso di cooperazione e condivisione con i coetanei e lo sviluppo dell’autonomia in gruppo, guidando lo studente in un percorso di crescita e rafforzandolo con i tanti benefici psico-fisici dati dal nuoto – lo sport più completo di tutti - e dalle attività di fitness in genere: la scuola va in piscina, e lo sport diventa un piacere.
